Ireland or Eirinn in gaelic is the western island in Europe. Divided between the Republic of Ireland with its 70 273 km ² (27 133 sq mi) for 4,8 million inhabitants, and Northern Ireland, which is part of the United Kingdom with 14 130 km² (5 460 sq mi) for 1,8 million inhabitants. Ireland is composed by 4 provinces (Connacht, Leinster, Munster and Ulster). Its green lands, watered by frequent rainfalls, are one of the specificity of this beautiful island. The magnificent lanscapes of the Connemara with its lakes (called lough in Ireland) and its Twelves Bens is among the most beautiful in Ireland. The Kerry, with Dingle, a charming town, is also very appreciated by tourists.  Among famous places known, we can find the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren rocky region, the Croagh Patrick with its 764 m (2 507 ft), the Giant’s causeway on the Northern Ireland.
